Alyssa Puccio

Alyssa Puccio, an Associate at Shain Schaffer PC, has extensive experience handling general litigation cases with an emphasis on commercial litigation, construction disputes, and contract law. She is admitted to the practice of law in the states of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

In 2018, Ms. Puccio graduated magna cum laude from Ramapo College of New Jersey with a double major in Political Science and Music Industry. Thereafter, Ms. Puccio attended The Elisabeth Haub School of Law where she graduated cum laude in May of 2021. In her final semester of law school, Ms. Puccio was one of eleven Pace Law students selected for the New York Pro Bono Scholars Program, which permitted her to sit for the bar examination in February of 2021 prior to her graduation.

Following her June admittance to the New York bar, Ms. Puccio served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Charles E. Powers, where she assisted on a special project for the Special Civil Division at the Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack, New Jersey. Afterwards, she began her legal career as an Associate at Trif & Modugno, where she handled general litigation matters primarily in the context of commercial litigation disputes.

In October of 2023, Ms. Puccio joined Shain Schaffer PC as an Associate Attorney.
